We’ll get down to terms and conditions below but here’s the headline: we’re reasonable people and we’re very proud of the Spanish food that we sell. If you receive goods that you think are not up to par, we want to know about it and we want to fix it so that you are happy.
If you have any questions, concerns, complaints of compliments you can call us on 01273 623 335 during office hours. You can email us at info@tsfc.co.uk and if that doesn’t work then send one to me, thomas@tsfc.co.uk
If you want to see the whites of our eyes, come and visit us. We’re at 18 Bond Street, Brighton, BN1 1RD. It’s right in the heart of the city, in the North Laine where the main HSBC bank is.
The entrance to the office is at the back of the building which means that it is on Jew Street, opposite number 11. If you have trouble finding us, ask Kate or Martha in the Galley Sandwich shop on the corner. They’ll point you in the right direction, and sell you a delicious sandwich if you like.
Just so we all know where we stand, here are the terms & conditions proper:
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of some of our products, orders are not  returnable. However, should your order arrive in anything other than  excellent condition, then please contact us and we will be happy to  arrange for a replacement. This must be notified within 48 hours and we  may require photographic evidence.
Substitution
In extreme conditions, we reserve the right to substitute items in your   hamper for similar products of equivalent or greater value. In these   cases we will always attempt to contact you to advise prior to dispatch.

Payment
All our payments are taken via PayPal which is one of the most secure payment solutions available. You can either pay through your PayPal account or if you don't have a PayPal account you can pay by credit/debit card.

The Spanish Food Company is a limited company, registered in England & Wales, company number 07067725. Our registered address is 18 Bond Street, Brighton, BN1 1RD. We are VAT registered, number 100775739.

We deliver to the UK as well as the European Union. If you are from outside the EU, please contact us to see if we are able to deliver to you but please bear in mind that export restrictions may well apply to your order.
