Made in small batches by Carlos and Ana Maria on their farm to the west of the Picos de Europa mountains. On some cheeses you may see mould appear, both on the rind and as blue veins within the cheese. This is an expected characteristic of this cheese.

Whole cheese ~ 450g

A fresh, grassy tasting pure goats cheese from the area to the west of the verdant Picos de Europa mountains. Aging makes this a fairly hard cheese which tends to crack into lumps and shards. As such, this is not so much a cheeseboard cheese, more of a star of the first half of the meal.

Sold by the piece, cheeses weigh around 450g, being an artisan product this weight can vary.

Top tip: Beyos will add a sharp zing to a salad, is incredibly good on top of pasta and is transformed when tasted with our woodland honey from the same Picos mountains.
