Jamon de Teruel D.O. Boned Leg
Serrano ham is cured meat from domestic breed pigs. In Spain it is a staple of most households though the quality of Serrano hams varies enormously. This outstanding Serrano ham comes from the small province of Teruel. Here it is air cured for a minimum of fourteen months at an altitude of 800m in a clear and unpolluted atmosphere. A slightly sweet, truly delicious ham.
This piece is delivered in a compact, rectangular shape. Skin and fat has been trimmed to ensure minimal wastage.
