Beautifully large gordal (queen) olives in brine with a single red chilli pepper. These olives have a firm texture and a slight spicy warmth, not too much but just enough to make them really unusual. Winners of a 2011 great taste award gold star. 

Fantastic as a snack, they also slice up into sauces really well.
